- Windows 10 (1709+) or Windows 11 Desktop, mini-PC, or laptop with WebView2 Runtime installed.
- Up to 4 displays One video window per monitor, sync or async.
- 1080p · 1–2 windows Typical laptop or mini-PC — about 8–16GB RAM is enough.
- 4K · multi-window Dedicated GPU (or strong hardware decode) + 16GB RAM or more. 32GB helps for 3–4 synced 4K walls.
- Common formats MKV, MP4, WebM, AVI, MOV, M4V — H.264 / H.265 / VP9 / AV1 preferred.
- Hardware decode preferred SyncPle favors D3D11 / NVIDIA decode so walls stay smooth under load.

How does the trial work?
You get full features for 72 hours of accumulated playback — not 72 calendar days. When time runs out, playback locks until you activate.
Is the license tied to one PC?
Yes. One key binds to one machine. Moving to a new PC requires a new purchase. Hardware failures can be handled as a support exception.
Do I need the internet every day?
Activation needs internet. After that, day-to-day playback can run offline. Occasional online checks keep the license current.
What does Sync mode actually do?
All windows follow the longest video. Shorter clips freeze on the last frame, then everything restarts together. Async lets each window loop alone.
Can it run unattended in a lobby?
Yes. Auto-play, hide cursor, block taskbar and edge swipe, scheduled shutdown, and auto-restart are built for kiosk installs.
